Very personable customer service but only 7 days for a return...

Well, I have had only a limited experience with this company but my overall experience has been positive. I had a return and the customer service representative got back to me personally, very quickly. It was an easy transaction. On the negative side, I ordered a bathing suit which I really liked, but was uncertain if I wanted to keep it, so I kept stalling on the return. I had not read the notice on the invoice which stated that returns were only possible within seven days of receiving the item. When I realized this that time had expired, I probably could have haggled with the company and perhaps received a credit, but I decided to keep my original purchase. I feel the 7 day limit for returns is a bit tight. I had been looking for swim shorts that might match and it took more time than that to find them.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The customer service was very helpful and respond quickly to your emails. Do not try to call because the line was always busy. My package got delayed by a few days and didn't give me another update to say when it would ship which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice Box, Where's the Yogi?

I really like everything in the box, although I was expecting to receive more yoga essential items since Bali is known for their yoga retreats; and I was expecting a bit bigger of a ticket item like the sunglasses in the St Tropez box (I did not buy the box but saw an unboxing). Overall I really enjoy the items and can't wait to try everything.
