This time I purchased online and Mark is most helpful and provides first class service. I had cufflinks custom engraved and they turned out stunning. Shipping was viaDHL and arrived to me in the USA in just a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Benson & Clegg. Thank you!

B&C have been extremely good in the dealing with 4 sets of cufflinks I purchased. The order was processed very quicly and was out for delivery within 24 hours. However, DHL lost the package. I got back in touch. Mark handled the issue and within a few days another order was raised by B&C at no extra cost and sent via the Post office standard mail and was recieved this morning. Thank You
