customer service was terrible

Customer Service is poor, 5 days and still no response from customer service to return my order.

Still waiting for an answer on how to resolve my issue after one week so I’m giving this a one star.

Customer Service is non-existent. No response, no phone number, the one response was useless and hadnt read my request.

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody to get my purchase fixed because I have never received it but it is very hard communicating four days later from an email that you’ve sent.
