Terrible

Received a shirt with a ripped off button. I told them I wanted to do an exchange. Rep sent me a link and it was to do a refund only and I wouldn’t be refunded for the shipping I paid for. I emailed them back to try get my money back for shipping but now 5 days later no one has responded back to me. Terrible service! Will never buy from again.
