I received sweat pants instead of a hoodie and bench customer service still hasn't communicated as to how to fix this issue. Not impressed. Stuck with an item I don't want....

nothing out the ordinary, wish you had the nice hoodies you used to have.

Haven’t seen a refund for items that weren’t able to be sent due to stock.

I had to return 1 item because of the size issue except that everything else was good
