The process from purchase to delivery was outstanding.

Delivery was quick but unfortunately it didn’t fit. The return process was very clear and easy. I appreciated the email letting me know you received the return. A lot of companies just leave you wondering.

I paid for next day shipping and the luggages didn’t arrive until two days later. I’m not sure why that happened since I made the purchase on or around 8:00 am CST on a Wednesday and it didn’t get delivered until Friday. I didn’t get a refund on the next day shipping that I paid for.

Great job on delivery once it was in stock.

Shipping was weird, Took an extra week to get here. Otherwise, wonderful experience.
