I received credit for bras that were not sized appropriately, despite contacting someone directly. The panties I bought subsequently were a very poor fit and not comfortable at all.

Love the support but because it’s Terrible for pumping as the cups don’t stay had to give it a 1 star. The whole purpose of my purchase is for pumping and have not helped.

It said it shipped, but never made it to USPS according to the tracking. I reached out to customer service who said they were experiencing delays and problems with tracking not updating and asked me to wait another week. I waited another two weeks with no change and then reached out again. Have not heard back after two days. It's been nearly a month since I ordered. Doesn't matter how the product is if you never receive it!

First of all the size chart is confusing and incomplete. When I tried to contact customer service about the correct size I should order I never heard back. Well I broke down and ordered two bras. I ended up needing an xxl in that style. They don’t carry that size in that style. I am not a big woman and I find having to order an xxl in a bra is a bit ridiculous. To get them sent back was a headache. Took days to get ahold of customer service. Left multiple messages and went through the phone tree many times. Finally got a return label. All is said and done loved the bra, thought it was very cute but needs to have more realistic sizes.
