BedStu is such a great company to deal with. When you call an actual human being answers - shocker. I once called with a question about a specific purse and I could hear her saying to someone else in the office "You have the Venice Beach purse, don't you?". She then asked the question I had and got a response for me, based on reality, not a guess. Five star for products and for service.
