It’s been over a month since I ordered from your website and I still haven’t received my order!?

The package marked delivered but it was never delivered to our home. I contacted them and got a message saying Beckmann Norway was going to contact me back but they never did! I’ve sent another email and got no response at all. It turns out my neighbor got the packages and delivered to us. Terrible customer service! The product itself is wonderful my daughter and I loved it!

The chest strap is already missing… within the first week of using. My son’s first Beckmann has no problem at all for 7 years. This one is not the same quality.
