I can only review the process around the ordering, payment and posting - as yet I’ve not received my coat back. However the steps to send the coat back for a rewax were clear and simple to follow. On receipt Barbour sent a mail to confirm they had it and a second one when it was in the workshop (with an estimate of completion). So far so good - looking forward to getting the coat back soon.
