After I received the Bandi Large Belt I realized that the extender would give me more flexibility in how I wore it. Since this product was featured on The View, several items had sold out. I contacted customer service to inquire as to when they would have more extenders in stock. I was contacted by them immediately letting me know that they would be receiving them soon. I was going on a trip and had hoped to get one before I left. As soon as more were in stock I received an email letting me know they had one ready for me to order. I got it just in time for my trip. The communication with Bandi customer service personnel (Beth) was outstanding. I highly recommend this product and this company!

Works great for diabetic

I bought one to try, since I don't usually wear headbands (they're not comfortable or they slip or they look weird on me). This one is great! It stays in place and is comfortable and versatile. I need more colors now, so I can wear them with more outfits.

Very happy with my bandi, lightweight and holds all the stuff I take along on my walks. I also had to contact customer service about something, they were very helpful and were very quick to answer my questions.
