I love the the garments , occasionally I buy something that is not the colour for me , or I return and re order a different size . In these situations the the service is personal , helpful and timely. I was travelling over seas and accidentally returned garments to the wrong company name was similar but clearly not the one I had purchased from. I was in Iceland and had terrible wifi and both the companies went above and beyond for my items to be resent to bamboo body and they emailed me personally explained the situation and sorted it. Bamboo were lenient , and extremely helpful and as I mentioned above very personal . 5 stars on every level.
