Exchange process is not easy and you have to pay to return. The swimmers are already sooo expensive so was expecting at least exchange process to be more smoother.

followed all the measurements and did the virtual fitting. Size 14 which is my upper body size 12 bottom. The wrap suit was so tight and the fabric so thick I knew I couldn't wear it. Having a no refund policy in wrong when you have not bought from store before and have followed all the guidance about fit. Disappointing and I've essentially lost $300. Giving 2 stars as the idea is good.

Products great have returned items. I have not been able to get onto the returns portal. Sent numerous emails. Would love somebody to contact me.

Nothing like what I thought it would be. Very disappointed.
