Baiia Swim - AU

I had been looking at Baia swimwear forever and finally purchased a wrapsuit on sale! The print is fantastic, and love that it's reversible, but I would say the fit isn't the best. It's very much compression style over my belly, but then the bum is a bit loose. I also feel like the top part(piece) sort of rolls up a little around my waist. I did follow the size guide and measurements, so it may just be a personal fit issue. The fabric feels lovely, but I feel like you can really see the seam stitching because it's a tight fit to give that compression, it does look like it's sort of "bursting" at the seams.

Trouble finding the correct size

General service was ok, delivery time etx but for an online only company, not offering refunds on sale products that aren't final sale (ie very very cheap) isn't amazing. Without being able to try the product on you can't really tell if it is for you. So I was stuck having to buy anything to get my money and when that product also wasn't right I just gave up as your money dwindles in postage costs if you keep returning things. It doesn't seem very customer service oriented.

The swimwear does not suit everyone and is quite faffy. Would rate service higher if there was a return option.

Well they were happy to take all of my returns and keep sending me new items to try. It cost me $10 every time and they didn’t arrive in time before my trip to Greece which was what I bought them for and I was so disappointed with the quality and the fit and kind of baffled that there is no return
