Disappointing

I ended up buying these because of the relentless advertising, and I haven't worn them once because they are uncomfortable and don't look good on me.

Unfortunately did not receive what I ordered and cannot exchange. Love the design and concept - just disappointed

General service was ok, delivery time etx but for an online only company, not offering refunds on sale products that aren't final sale (ie very very cheap) isn't amazing. Without being able to try the product on you can't really tell if it is for you. So I was stuck having to buy anything to get my money and when that product also wasn't right I just gave up as your money dwindles in postage costs if you keep returning things. It doesn't seem very customer service oriented.

Disappointing. Shouldn’t have purchased during a non returnable/exchangeable sale… now I’m stuck with $170 bather set I can’t wear 😢
