I have just received another pair of Backdoorshoes and have barely taken them off since they arrived! My original pair (Root Vegetable design) were bought way back in 2009 and are now regrettably showing their 16 years of age. Their cheery design has bought me much pleasure over that time but I now have another colourful pair and am so pleased that they are just as comfortable and well made - great they are from a British firm too. Thanks for your excellent quick service in changing the size for me too.
