I think the product range is great and good value for money. I also appreciate the range of bright colours which is much better for safety in the busy waters of Sydney Harbour. The returns process via DHL is very good for products ordered online.

Great customer service. Had an issue with the watch arriving with low battery and customer service covered the battery replacement cost.
