Shipping and service ok. Product not up to standard.

Items took ages to arrive. I used a freinds new gill items for sizing yet my items were not consistent with these other gill items !

Terrible. The return / refund policy for online Australian customers is terrible. I had return the item to the UK as there is nowhere in Australia that can deal with it apparently and had to pay extra for freight. It’s been weeks and I’ve had zero response and have not received my email. The product was smaller than described in the size chart and did not fit.
