Tried to get in contact immediately with customer service to correct. After receiving incorrect order I received an email apologizing for the delay. Made a request to apply the “Sale25” coupon to the incorrect order. Have yet to hear anything from customer service.

Service fine - the brand usually disappoints

Placed the order in hopes of receiving before I left for a trip. It took too long to arrive and minimum communication was received as to why it took over two weeks.

The color is not as it appears in the picture. It looks like a dirty yellow. Do not recommend.
