My worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I have sent several emails to the hotline with no response. No response on the website either. Then I even got in touch on Instagram, unfortunately in vain. After a long time of begging without having received the product, I finally got an answer. That too was a process until I came to a result that suited me. I never received the product, but after a long time (over a month) I received my money.
