Sent the wrong size dress

Awful. No response from customer service Twice. And you’re trying to charge me for the return.

The shipping was fast and the box I received was well packaged. However, the product was only so-so. I sent a return request right away and was promised a response within two business days. It has been four business days, and still no response. The return window is rapidly closing, and I feel Argent may be running out the clock on purpose. Unimpressed.
