It took longer than expected, 5-7 days took almost two months! and the sizing was off, but thanks to Phil of Archies Instagram, it still is all worth it! I got a refund and was sent my correct size. It took a lot of patience for waiting because of the delays due to covid, but nonetheless, the experience was still pleasant. The flip flops look really sturdy and well made, wearing it makes u really feel the nice support and arch. This is considering what I got was a bigger size. How much more when I receive my correct size. Definitely a good buy! ❤️ A gamechanger in flip flops! Still happy with archies and how you handled it!

The shipping updates online stopped on Dec 23, 2020. I had to contact customer service after that to track where my item is.
