I followed size guide and ordered the size down as per direction from company, I normally wear an 8 to 8.5 (suggested on website to order the size down so I ordered the 8, not even close to fitting. Sent a message to the company for support in April and still no answer as of May 18. Sadly disappointed as I figured their sizing guide would be correct. Order full size bigger at least or don't order here

SUPER NARROW! As in foot hung over side of shoe and instep was not supported properly..... horrible design don’t waste your money. I had to send them back on my own dime...

Too small and not comfortable.
