Shipping was not as fast as expected

I like that they fit snug to the foot, and the foam is great, but unfortunately the arch is just way too high. Even after a couple of times wearing them, they beat up my arches and leave my feet super sore and feeling like they are bruised. I'm willing to still give thwm a chance and see if it gets better over time, because they were really expensive for flip flops, but I'm really disappointed.
