Good experience with ordering, but shipping takes too long.

love the stuff just wish there was a shorter shipping time. all took a while to arrive

Service is efficient, although it shouldn’t be so difficult to find the contacts for an in- person customer service rep. online. Also not conducive to the customer as far as promotions. My ID.me discount renders useless with any other promo.

I’m very happy with my purchases and experience. The only complaint I have is that I had to pay for shipping and then it still took 2 weeks for my order to come in. If we are paying for shipping, I would hope at least it would be here quicker- otherwise please offer free shipping for $50+ orders!

Overall great experience and great products. Reason why I don’t give 5 stars is that my last delivery was significantly delayed
