I received a partial shipment of my order and Customer Service was wonderful and very responsive in resolving the issue.

There was no place to allow for the gift card and tote to be shipped directly to the gift receipient but otherwise it all worked out.

Delivery slightly long

I received my order on time, however I didn't receive a confirmation my item was sent out initially...
