At 4 foot 9.5in. I ain’t a very tall 40 year old woman. Lol. And the weight I put on didn’t discriminate against any area. At 205 I was a mess. I ordered a waist trainer from here but it was too small 😩. Fast forward about a year I am inching into 45lbs lost. The scale just won’t let me hit it more than once a week and then I go back up. I ordered the short torso waist trainer, cause well I have a short torso. Lol. I absolutely love! Love! Love! Day one the first hook and my fiancé helping me, a few days later hook #2 and working a whole 12hr shift so that means I had the waist trainer on for about 15 hrs. Never bothered me. I thought I can try the 3rd hook. So yesterday I did before my 12 hr shift. And about 27 hrs later, no bother. Well sometimes it itches a little under there. However, I love how it holds the flab in and it makes my clothes look so much better, no ugly roles. I mean I’ve lost weight but I still got a belly. Blah. So a little itch ain’t stopping me. So I also wear the other waist trainer I got from here now. It zips in the front. I can’t remember the name. This fits awesome too, but bc it is a regular torso, when I sit it does eat into my thighs, underarms, just feels a bit not right. But it does slim down my waist and my goodness how nice is it to take a photo without rolls… minus this damn neck into my face. So if you have a short torso, this is it! Can’t wait to order the size down. I ordered this size based on the websites sizing guide, scared bc i was too big before. But not now! Would be awesome if there was some kind of exchange program. Like send back an almost like new waist trainer and get a little bit off a new waist trainer. or something. Cause I’ll be downsizing as soon as my wallet allows. Happy Waist training :)
