Don’t like paying for shipping back returns

Loved the color and fit. However, the straps over your foot were too tight. Ouch!

Did not arrive in time frame promised so was unable to take with me on vacation.

This sandals run differently. I tried them on at the store from the display and they fit nice. Decided to purchase online because there were out of stock at the store. When my order came in I tried them on they fit smaller. I don’t know if I can return them when it was purchased online

You’re very good about sending me emails of your new product but you do not make it easy for a return. There is no phone number to call and the link for the return does not work and you also do not provide a return label inside the package. It makes it very discouraging to order from your company. Even though I love most of your shoes and recommend them to many people.
