I really liked the shoes, however, the pair of shoes I received looked like they have been worn and had a blemish on the top of one of the shoes. I sent an email to customer service and never heard back so managed to track down the phone number (not easy) and called them. Was able to request a replacement order over the phone so fingers crossed the new pair is better!

Still waiting for refund. Sent back April 3rd, 2024

Sizing is off by a full size.

I sent my sandals back 2 weeks ago. They were received 10 days ago but I still haven’t heard from you about my return or refund.

Everything came in timely manner but both pairs of shoes were very tight.
