Initially, I didn’t get my sandals, even though I had a tracking #.....they just fell off the tracking system without explanation. When I sent an email to the company they immediately offered me $ back or to ship out another. Of course I still wanted them and they sent out another pair quickly, this shipping did work appropriately and I got them when expected. They made good on my order, without delay or fuss! I call that a win!
