Terrible service supposed to have next day delivery but took 3 days to actually arrive

Can't really rate Anders as I have never met him nor interacted with him. I am sure he must be a decent bloke to be working for Highlander Forces. If he's the one who procured the map case I bought - top marks to him. So, objectively I have given one star because I hadn't heard of Anders until I have just now been asked to rate him. Maybe he can muscle into a few more sales and interact with customers - if he wants more than 1 star in future.

Service brilliant But echo boots really poor quality only a month in leather split.
