I ordered sandals. For the supply I found 9€ ok. Unfortunately you have to pay another 10€. This would be okay if I had decided to do it. Unfortunately, I was sent a different sandal, than the one I ordered in the online shop. Even thought I got a wrong product I had to pay the entire postage amount myself. 19€ for nothing. That’s not right.
