Customer service was helpful but I had to reach out twice to receive my refund long after the item was received.

The jeans were too short for me. I’m 5’11. Luckily I was able to give them to my mom and she loves them. I wish y’all made longer jeans. 😭

I’ve ordered jeans before from here, but the ones I ordered this time were not as described on the website. They were in fact low rise and not mid rise, so the fit was not good for me and I had to return. Also, it was indicated that my feet for returning them would be $6 but it was actually around $14…that was misleading when creating my return. Other than all this, I do like that there are various types of jeans. Just was disappointed that the fit of the ones I ordered the second time were not as described.
