A little bit of customer service could have gone a long way. I would have loved to exchange these for a different size, but I had to "request" an approval for return and I was supposed to get a paid UPS label. NEVER GOT ANYTHING!

Worst online boutique experience by far.
So many ads run by American Blues mention fast shipping and excellent customer service. Both are false advertisement. Waiting more than 2 weeks for a pair of jeans that any other boutique could get shipped within 2 days is not fast shipping and customer service took days to respond and felt like trying to have a conversation with an automated system. I will not purchase from this boutique again.
