Poor Customer Service-Correct Item Still not Received

Order: #330465 I placed an order on 11/26/24 for 3 pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. I received a wrong pair and have been emailing and asking for the correct item to be shipped with no resolution nearly a month later. Customer Service is extremely poor. I will not be able to give my daughter her third pair of jeans for Christmas.

I haven’t heard back from

I haven’t heard back from my inquiry to return. I tried to do it online, but I wasn’t getting a full refund and I had to pay to ship it back. That isn’t right when you get a bad item.

I have ordered several times

I have ordered several times and unfortunately this didn't work out. I returned these the same day I received them (American Blues charges around $9. 00 to return) and I still haven't received my refund. They were delivered a week ago and I emailed to get an update and I still haven't received a reply. The delay is frustrating as shipping is already extremely slow and then on top of it the refund is taking forever.

Not worth the money or hassle

I ordered two of the same style and color, just in different sizes because I wasn’t sure which would fit. Both of them are so long, only a person on stilts can possibly wear them. I’m 5’9”, so that says a lot. They also sent different colors.
