I have had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a pair of jeans. They were too big and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I chose the pick up at my home. It never got picked up and I tried it 3 times. I finally took it to the post office. And now it has returned back to me with the label I printed that you sent me. I would really like to get my jeans. If that is possible. Thanks!

I have emailed customer service
I have emailed customer service multiple times. I had to exchange a pair for a different size. I tracked the return all the way back to you all. Says “unable to deliver” and was told that “if” the jeans are returned to me again to let y’all know and you will send me a return label. I’m not sure what happened but it’s not the customers fault. Seems like someone else would reach out to me and find out what the issue is and make it right.
