Had heard great things about american blues but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever get to order another pair. Ended up needing other sizes and was gonna just try different styles but after a month I still haven't gotten my refund or any updates.

Shipping takes forever. Then the jeans did not fit so I sent them back for next size up and shipping took forever for you to get them back. Now I am still waiting on the new size pair to get back to me. Not impressed with that at all.

Everything went fine with ordering and delivery but I had to return several pair of jeans because they didn’t fit. I sent them back weeks ago and still no credit back to my account and no response from customer service after I’ve reached out to them. Last time I’ll make a purchase.

I paid for express shipping. Did not get express shipping and customer service was useless. I will never t order from this company again.
