Disappointed in service

Ordered jeans. Paid for the “insurance”. Tried to email regarding refund or exchange. No response. Finally sent them back. Got them on sale-needed a different size. Not on sale anymore and the company has offered no discount. I will not order from here again.

The worst company I have

The worst company I have ever purchased from. You have to wait days to get an email response and then you reply back and you wait another few days for another response. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They only issue online credit with no refund to original payment which wasn't visible when I had purchase items. I'm still waiting for a return label.

The shipping took a VERY

The shipping took a VERY long time, I thought maybe the jeans were coming from China due to the long wait. They only give back 75% of what you paid, and you can only use that as store credit.
