Emailed numerous times in regards to an exchange and called - got nowhere and spoke to no one. Very disappointed

Not good when trying to return. I have to keep them even though they don’t fit. I haven’t got a printer so I just wrote the address on the package! Not acceptable!

No refund no response

Absolutely no customer service when I emailed the “contact us” button and sent 3 emails requesting assistance on a return. Now I am stuck with a store credit. Once that is used that will be the last time I ever order from this company.

My order didn't ship for at least 2 weeks after ordering and took longer than 2 days once it did ship. Only one of my items arrived despite tracking saying they were both delivered. No one has answered my emails or provided me with a refund for the item that didn't show up. I was a first time customer and will NEVER order from you again.
