Customer service is hard to get ahold of and they take forever to get back to you. Currently I am waiting for a refund from weeks ago and have not heard back about it. I have paid for 3 pairs of jeans but only have 2 pairs. It has been a nightmare.

I have been asking for an exchange as the item was too small and too long. Not getting a response

I still have not received all of my order.

Awful! I never received the right jeans I ordered yet or a refund!

The people getting back to me are very informative but the store exchange policy is horrible. I will no longer be a customer of them.
