I have had great experiences until now. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my money to be refunded from my last order. You have the items so why isn’t it being processed?

All your pants are size different and all your shorts are size different. It's very frustrating and all I do is pay to send the clothing back to you. Guys

Your return policy is terrible. It is a hassle, and it is slow. It has been 12 days since I sent an order back for a return and I still have not received confirmation that you received it and that my card was credited. I will most likely avoid purchasing from American Blues again. Life is already complicated without having to make what should be an easy process. . . anything but.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and was charged for both. I only received one pair and have reached out to. American Blues two different ways and have not heard anything from them in 3 to 4 days. Very disappointed.

Still waiting for my refund.
