love the pants, shipping was slow!

I have not received my jeans yet? Where are they?

I returned a pair of jeans for store credit but haven’t heard back from their customer service. The item I was returning for credit had to be first ‘reviewed,’ along with a picture they asked for, before an answer was given!

Very slow shipping

I’m not a big fan of having to wait to get an approval before returning items. Makes it more difficult because you have to submit a request through email. Then you have to check your email periodically for days at a time looking for their return approval. Just makes the return/exchange process a bit of a hassle.
