Items took longer than expected…went from Utah to S Houston,TX 9 hours past my house then 9 hours back. I ask to exchange one pair for a smaller size and never got an answer back 😢

The reason I'm only giving it an "Okay" is because I had to return a pair of Judy Blue jeans. Now I can't figure out where my credit went and what I need to do to buy me new jeans.

Not very thrilled with exchange process and how long it takes them to get the order out. Probably won’t order again.

I have had a very difficult time with the exchange process. I still have had no correspondence regarding my exchange or "where we are" with the process. This is a source of great frustration.

Jeans were cute, the email response and shipping was slow compared to other boutiques I shop with. I do feel like I probably paid too much for the jeans, but that is my fault. I got in a hurry and just purchased them.
