I cannot get in touch with anyone to return this order

Very upset with quality

Heel cracked and fell apart on 1st wear. Submitted a request to customer service and no response. Too expensive for poor quality abd nonexistent customer service.

Terrible

The shoe fits but the straps don't. I would like to exchange them so I can wear the shoes but I can't get a response! I have sent multiple emails.
