The customer service was amazing! Holly was so friendly and helped us find our package when it got lost in the mail. It turned out to be our fault, as we put a wrong address in. She still found the package for us and followed up to make sure we received it. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Amazing shipment. Has ordered wrong size strap and all it took was an e-mail and within next day delivery I had received the right size strap with my shoe. Be careful to pick the right size shoe strap.
