I wasn’t able to return it & don’t want it

Not a review on the product itself, but I was sent the wrong size product and when I returned I was not refunded the expensive shipping cost and I was charged a restocking fee on top of that, all because Sun Valley Alpaca Co sent me the wrong thing.

Poor customer service, misleading web site, overcharged for shipping
