Friendly sales staff. No rush, but there answer all questions

I have , Literally, ordered about 30 items. Love this brand and bought for everyone at Christmastime. Everyone loves all the styles. As for the ordering and shipping experience, there has never been an issue. The only thing that is frustrating is that I have a whole lot of points and can only use for one item at a time. Would be nice to apply the discount to each bag in my order even when I am able to get 20.00 on one item at a time because, then, there is shipping costs and more mail.

This is a great bag for the beach & pool. It's super light weight , water resistant (it rained and everything inside stayed nice and dry. It's the perfect size to carry a towel and another Aloha pouch with keys, phone, wallet, Kindle, etc. I also used as my carry on and loved the pocket on the outside for a phone, boarding pass, passport, etc.
