Have waited on refurn after returning for long now

These very high priced boots lived up to their billing as warm, comfortable and waterproof. However, after four seasons of use the binding loop popped out of the right boot rendering it useless and leaving me stranded 7km deep in the winter woods. Alfa offered me a new pair at half price, which seemed a fair offer until I found that I could buy the same boot at the same price easily on several websites. Essentially Alfa gave me nothing to compensate me for the failure of these very high priced boots.

Easy return, but had to buy more expensive pair if Ineed to gett bygger size, so didn't. To bad ,cause i liked them.
