The hats I bought can’t seem to handle the heat and humidity of Alabama summer. I bought two hats and have not been offered any discounts or sales.

Love akubra great quality iv had an akubra of one sort or another ny whole life and I never mind paying for quality. I do mind paying $40 for a run of the mill box that isn't needed after the hat is unboxed its not a display quality box its not made of wood is not custom or personalised. . . staff at the store were great, hat is great, box is overpriced gimmick that could be a standard or a free option considering the price of the hat and the great reputation of your company

Would like them to hold their shape more

Does not lock properly , keep on opening by itself should improve the design
