Very disappointed. Received the wrong size, returned it in-store for a refund on the item only—not shipping. To make it worse, my size is sold out, so I’ve lost time and money and didn’t get the product I wanted.

I have been trying to return my order, emailed asking for the return label as the online return portal it would not provide one. Said they would come back to me 10 days again. I have followed up multiple times, even just asking for a return address to sort myself, with no reply.. I just want to return the item ensuring I get this done within the 14 days time period.

I ordered a size 8 final sale item, it would fit a size 14 perfectly. And gutting how it cant be returned even for store credit.
